Novomatix, a systems integrator for industrial automation
Novomatix is a systems integrator specialized in automating intralogistics flows for manufacturers and 3PL operators. We analyse the process, select the right technical solution, and coordinate the implementation from design through to stable operation.
Technology is only worth something once it fits the flow
Novomatix works at the intersection of production, intralogistics, and automation. Our role is not simply to propose equipment, but to choose the technology and connect it correctly to the process it will run in. That is why every conversation starts with the flow, the transfer points, and what the operation needs to look like once the project is live.
We build systems that have to work in practice, not only on paper
We integrate mobile robots, automated palletizing, and other automation components into processes where material movement, operational rhythm, and flow control can no longer stay manual. Some projects call for a simple, robust solution. Others call for a carefully considered combination of several systems. In both cases, what matters is not only what you install, but how the whole thing works together.
Mobile robots (AMR/AGV)
For repetitive internal transfer, line feeding, movements between buffer and production, floor-to-floor, floor-to-conveyor, floor-to-rack and, where the application calls for it, transfer at height with counterbalance configurations.
Automated palletizing
For end-of-line, consolidation, and dispatch preparation, wherever rhythm, consistency, and reduced manual handling become critical.
Warehouse and production automation
For processes where storage density, flow control, and the link between production, buffer, and dispatch have to be designed as one coherent system.
System integration
For connecting the solution to existing processes and systems, including WMS, ERP, and MES, when the application calls for visibility, traceability, and operational coordination.
Our approach starts from the process and is validated on site
We understand the flow
We analyse what moves, between which points, at what rhythm, and under what constraints. We look at the load carrier, the layout, the buffer zones, the pickup and drop-off points, and the real operating rules.
We define the technical solution
Depending on the application, we establish whether the project calls for platform robots, fork robots, automated palletizing, or a more complex architecture in which several systems have to work together.
We integrate into the existing operation
We define the interfaces, the traffic rules, the interaction logic with equipment, and the link to the systems already in use, so the implementation does not end up as a technical island.
We follow performance in operation
Commissioning is not the end of the project. It is the start of a stage in which stability, operational tuning, and the ability to extend the system become the things that matter.
Delivering projects with autonomous mobile technologies since 2019
Projects where the solution has to enter a process that is already running leave no room for improvisation. Novomatix has delivered automation projects for companies including Kärcher, Schaeffler, Marquardt, Harting Automotive, and Lear Corporation, in production and logistics environments where operational reliability is not optional.
The difference is not the technology alone, but how it is put to work
Novomatix selects across several manufacturers and technologies rather than from a catalogue of its own. The solution is chosen for the application, not for availability. Our role does not stop at delivery: we coordinate the integration, the interfaces, the commissioning, and the operational stabilization. The projects we have implemented run in real industrial environments, with the constraints of space, rhythm, and mixed traffic that never appear in a specification.
We work with the manufacturers and technologies that suit the real application
We do not force projects into a single model, or a single manufacturer. Depending on the process, the load carrier, the pickup heights, the interfaces, and the operational objective, we select the technology that best answers the application. Our ecosystem therefore covers production, warehousing, end-of-line, and mixed flows, so the final architecture is right operationally as well as technically.
Production
Mobile robots, palletizing, and automation for production lines, feeding, and internal transfer.
Warehousing
AMR/AGV and storage systems for inbound, outbound, and picking flows in the warehouse.
End-of-line
Automated palletizing, consolidation, and dispatch preparation at the end of the production line.
Mixed flows
Combinations of mobile robots, conveyors, and palletizing in processes with several transfer zones and interfaces between them.
